Very safe, clean neighborhood. Room is 2nd master in the house. Fully furnished! It’s a great space, tastefully decorated. Queen bed, large dresser, nightstand, wall clock and alarm clock, desk, electric reclining loveseat, smart TV, tall bookcase, coffee table, private mini split HVAC, furnished kitchenette , en suite bathroom, heated bidet seat, wall heater on timer. Electric, internet, water, trash included. Parking in driveway or on street. Washer/dryer in house.

We - Scott & Vicky, the owners - live in the main master and the rest of the house. We are in our early 70s, quiet, clean. Music and gardening are our main hobbies. Scott also follows Space X very closely.
