Amari's room

Currently looking for a fun responsible roommate. The home is a two story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are occupied with two women. The space available is the downstairs bedroom with a private bathroom next to the room. One closet in the room and a closet space in the hallway for storage. There is a washer and dryer available upstairs. The communal space is fully furnished. Couch and tv in living room, table and chairs in dining room and kitchen fully equipped. There is a small space in the garage for extra storage. There is an elliptical in the garage open for use as well. 2 car drive way with street parking access. There is a decent sized backyard for hanging out and or smoking. The room will be available for viewing after the 17th of January.

The monthly cost is about $1,060.00 utilities included. The utilities goes based off of usage. Includes Wi-Fi, gas and electric, trash and water. Water is bi-monthly. Lower in the colder months. The rent itself is 950.00. We do have a landlord who is only present when tending to the outside of the home for any repairs or tree cutting needs. We have a lease that will be signed upon move in. We will work with the new roommate to figure out if a 3 month or 6 month lease is better suited. Unfortunately no pets are permitted at this time, as well as children. Guests are welcomed.

The neighborhood is a very quiet, safe and friendly environment. In the Laguna Trenholm community between laguna and Elk Grove blvd. In-between both I-5 and 99. Surrounded by many businesses and public transportation. The move in date would be February 1st. Feel free to write me or contact me in regard to this listing.

The living situation is very laid back and independent. Both women are college students and or working who play video games, into art and the gym. We enjoy conversations and engaging with the third party. Sometimes we’ll have drinks together and or cook meals that we’ll offer. We enjoy each others company and are hoping to find someone who enjoys that environment as well but we do understand being introverted as well. Most times were just in our rooms. But whatever makes the roomie comfortable.
