5. ONLY THE ROOM OCCUPANTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
6. NO LOUD NOISE/MUSIC ETC.
7. QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00PM TO 5:00AM
8. DO NOT SHARE YOUR ROOM OR HOUSE ACCESS CODE.
9. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF.  You may be kicked out for violation of any of these rules.

I’M HOPING TO FIND: Working individual that needs a nice quiet place to call home. WHAT I’M NOT LOOKING FOR: -Party animals. Our house is QUIET most of the time and really quiet after 9pm.
