The house has a separate annex which is currently lived in by a charming, friendly, professional Englishman and one European Aristocrat. It is situated on a very quiet pretty street, with no traffic, as one end of the street is blocked, and has no parking restrictions. Very quiet neighborhood.

Month to month basis. The rent is $1100 per month. To move in, you will be required to pay a $1000 deposit. This deposit will be held and refunded when you move out if the room is left in impeccable condition. The monthly utilities is $200.00 The total monthly payment is $1300.00. References from the previous landlord and a background check are required.

A desirable candidate will be a quiet, non-smoking, non-drug user, Covid vaccinated professional or student, who is super tidy and pays rent on time. Limited Kitchen privileges are negotiable; however they are contingent upon your commitment to take part in maintaining the kitchen in pristine condition at all times.
