Located in West Asheville. Without heavy traffic it takes 10 minutes to get to downtown (5 miles). With traffic it’s a 15-16 minute drive to downtown. From here to Haywood Rd is only 5-7 minutes. There is a Planet Fitness and Ingles grocery store less than 4 minutes away on Smokey Mountain Parkway. REI is 14 minutes away. Weaverville is 25 minutes from here. Arden is 20 minutes away. Asheville airport is 16 minutes away.

You would have your own large bathroom with a full shower/tub. Very clean.

Bedroom is furnished with a memory foam queen mattress with platform frame. There is a small clothing bureau in the room, leather swivel chair and ottoman, plus a good sized closet.

Washer and dryer in the laundry room.

I just bought this place in early 2023 and it is pretty much brand new. New construction. I run dehumidifiers in both of the bathrooms during showers.

There are solar panels, which helps with the cost of utilities.

I’m looking for somebody who is clean and picks up after themselves. I’m looking for somebody who communicates exceptionally well. Being a roommate takes communication. You need to know how to be able to talk to people in an open and respectable way. It is very important.

No smoke, No vape, No drinking, No drugs. No passive-aggressive people need apply.

I grew up in Vermont and have small town values, but also appreciate bigger picture thinking. I live a healthy lifestyle and am looking for the same in whomever will be sharing this space. I believe in communication and community, along with being kind, thoughtful, and respectful.
