A big neighborhood with lots of culture. In West Asheville. With no traffic it takes 10 minutes to get to downtown (5 miles). With traffic 15-16 minutes. From here to get to Haywood Rd is only 5-7 minutes. There is an Ingles store less than 4 minutes away on Smokey Mountain Pkwy.

There is a huge bathroom with full shower/tub.

I just bought this place in 2023 and it is pretty much brand new. New construction. I run a dehumidifier in the bathroom while showering to reduce any chance of built up humidity.

There are solar panels that were also just installed and now running, which helps with the cost of utilities. Huge money saver for all you Duke energy fans.

I’m looking for somebody who is clean and picks up after themselves without any questions, or me having to ask them. Looking for somebody who communicates exceptionally well. Being a roommate is no joke. You need to know how to be able to talk to people. It is very important.

Smoke, vape, drinking and drug-free environment.

I grew up in Vermont and have small town values, but also appreciate bigger picture thinking. I live a healthy lifestyle and am looking for the same in whomever will be sharing this space. I believe in communication and community, along with being kind and thoughtful.

I am a single father who shares 50% of custody with the kids mom. We co-parent our children. The kids will be here half of the time during each month.

I mostly make food for me and my kids only, but would be open to an in-house gathering from time to time for a meal or just to say hello.
