Looking for someone to rent the room asap. There’s no security deposit just application fees you’ll pay to get put on the lease. I paid rent for this month so if you want to move in, in November it’ll be reimbursing me of what’s left of the month. It’s the master bedroom in a three bathroom 2.5 bath. In a safe area, can walk at night. You get your own parking space and there’s street parking. Laundry in house. The room isn’t furnished but if you want to buy my bed or small dresser please let me know.

Two other female roommates. Both work part time. Both have one cat. So please be animal friendly/aware of living with people who have animals.
