Two rooms for rent either together or separately in a large ranch home. Renting them together provides designated office or studio space, extra room for an older child, two bedrooms or simply a nice den to yourself. If you rent both you will have a fully private bathroom. If the rooms are rented separately you will have your own bathroom with sink and commode. However, the shower/tub will be shared. Each room has linen and pantry storage included. You will have full house privileges. The extra large bedroom has with a charming bay window seat with a view of the local winery. The second room looks over the front of the property and enjoys killer sunsets. If rented individually the will be $1200 and $850 respectively. Rented together they will be $1700. Landscaping, outdoor watering, pest control and trash are included. Light housekeeping of common living areas is also included. Other utilities will be shared with solar offsets. Our gated ranch enjoys 2.5 acres. The house has two open living areas, a large kitchen, an exercise area with a treadmill and room for mats. There is a large trampoline and outdoor fire pit in one of three large corrals.
This mellow family-style home is looking for laid-back and fiscally stable housemates who’s values include consideration, good communication and is respect. We have 2 well trained dogs. No more animals accepted. Room for gardening. Close to a variety of hiking and walking areas and there is a community pool, park, pickle ball and library within a 5 minute drive. References, credit and income will be part of the application. First and security deposit for the move-in. Rooms are available by 1/10.

I am a retired creative creating an art studio in our large sun room. Volunteering and traveling are joys for me. The house is usually a mellow place that definitely gets a bit more lively when family or friends stop by. Cali and Sherman are the furry friends who truly bring joy to the home.
