My daughter will be doing a study abroad and needs to lease her room for second semester. Will be available at the end of first semester so December would be paid for if you need to move in prior to second semester. Located at Highland Village Apartments close to NAU, 4 bedroom 2 bath. Female preferred since rooming with three other girls. Own room and share bathroom with one other roommate. Plenty of free parking, on-site laundry, balcony, share utilities. Rent is $880 a month. Lease would be from Jan to May 31st Six minute drive to campus or catch the bus right outside of apartment complex. Roommates are responsible and respectful. Fully furnished. Second floor.
