Hi there, I’m a night shift nurse who is looking for a clean and quiet female roommate, who ideally works full-time to fill my partially furnished guest bed with private bath. Lease is month to month, rent is $1350, + 1/2 electricity, and $1350 security deposit. Room dimensions 12.3’ x 10.5 with vaulted ceilings + large closet space: 12.3’ x 11“. Bathroom has a shower tub, toilet, sink, and space available for you to add a shelf or small cabinet. No pets allowed, sorry. Parking is street parking which is first come first serve. The available room has two large double pane windows (one window which looks into garden and street, the other into neighboring apartment community) with faux blinds, and a brand new mini split unit offering: heat, AC, and fan options, and large closet with sliding mirror doors. There is a comfy queen bed included; however you must provide mattress cover with the following specs, ( ) and your own bedding. There are 3 wicker drawers plus some space under bed and large closet for more storage, and some room for a few a few small boxes outside of room. Water/trash/Internet included. In addition you pay for your own toiletries, food, and 1/2 of electricity. This unit is owner occupied sharing one common wall, has a laundry room with brand new smart washer/dryer, small backyard, kitchen, and living area. Some storage space available; common spaces already furnished. There is also a pool, Jacuzzi, and a community laundry room. Not looking for someone who has guests over often, who is messy, or loud, or late to pay bills. I’m definitely looking for someone who is looking for a similar living situation, who pays rent/utilities on time, can respect my home, for one-person only, kind, has similar interests, and also down to earth. My home is super central including a bus stop close by, Convoy District within minutes, Gaslamp with 15 min, gyms and shopping all within minutes, and so much more. I’m pretty clean and quiet, into fitness, hiking cocktails, traveling, and food, does not entertain often (I usually travel to the party versus bring it home). Sadly, my pup passed away in September and so I am not looking for another animal at this time; sorry!
