The House is a 3 bd 2 bt House With 2 rooms for rent, these rooms share a bathroom & are side by side rooms, the owner sometimes lives in the master bedroom, with my 7 lb shiztzu, the house is furnished , the roommates have access to the whole house, plus pool, laundry room, all utilities & internet is included, the rooms are month to month, the house is on the market for sale, no smoking inside, no partying, no excessive drinking

So I am 50 plus year old lady, I stay to myself , very clean, non smoker, right now there is no one living in the house right now
