Room is in a great location near ssu. You have your own bathroom that’s also the guest bathroom. Kitchen is very large and spacious. Nice backyard with a fire pit hood place for a hang.

I am the sole tenant and am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and works full time. Or part time with school. I’m a 29 year old electrician who works a lot and has school also. I don’t have a pet and I’m not really open to having a roommate with a pet. Best way I’d describe it is a great place for a kick back not a great party house.
