About the room
Private room (lockable door) with a bathroom/shower (right by the bedroom) in Rocklin. It can be furnished or unfurnished. Washer/dryer and kitchen are included.
- Bathroom is shared with one other room (currently female tenant).
- Parking is currently on the street. If someone else moves from the home, garage parking will be included.
3 Month minimum stay per HOA rules, month to month after that.
Keypad entry + physical key to room. HOA pool/gym included. All utilities included – fast internet. If furnished, bedding and towels are included if you’d like to use them, wash them etc.
Safe, residential neighborhood with good neighbors on a court without through traffic, 5 minutes from 65.

About the roomies
The home has four bedrooms. Currently it is me, one male, and one female roomie. Quiet, working folks.
I’m 45, enjoy table top games, work in the video game industry, and mostly spend my time working on my own game projects. I work from home during the day, and spend most nights and weekends out at my partners home.
