Private room (lockable door) with a private bathroom/shower available in Rocklin. It can be furnished or unfurnished. Washer/dryer and kitchen are included, as well as a spot in the garage for one car.
3 Month minimum stay per HOA rules, month to month after that.
Keypad entry at front door, physical key to room. HOA pool and gym included. All utilities included – fast internet. If furnished, bedding and towels are included if you’d like to use them (Queen size bed), wash them etc.
Safe, residential neighborhood with good neighbors on a court without through traffic, 5 minutes from 65.
The community has a huge pool, closed soon for the winter, and a gym, which you’d have access to (Free), about 3-4 minute drive away.
The home has four bedrooms. Currently it’s me and one other roomie: Quiet, working folks.
I’m 44, enjoy table top games, work in the video game industry, and mostly spend my time working on my own game projects. I work from home during the day.
