Just bought a house, I have two empty rooms I’m looking to rent out to help with the mortgage. It’s got a sunroom in the back, plenty of space for parking, large backyard , washer/dryer.

I’m a 30/yo veteran now currently working as a diesel technician. I’d prefer other working adults, on the quieter side if possible. Smokings fine as long as it’s outside. I have a pet bird so I’d hope that doesn’t frighten you.
