Looking to rent out a one bedroom room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Villa Siena apartments. It’s on the street level of the community. The one bedroom is a master with a private bathroom, walk in closet, and dual sinks. The whole apartment has wood floors. The apartment is newly-remodeled with feature kitchens with stainless steel appliances. The apartment community has 3 story gym, multiple jacuzzis, pools, and a parking spot. Laundry is located on the patio.

Utilities are not included. Will need to provide furniture for bedroom and living room. I am currently moving for work and the lease is until the end of May. The other roommate is in her mid twenties and is a college student. Preferred female roommate.

I will be moving for work. The person living there is a student and works full time.
