Private room with shared bathroom. Full access to rest of house with shared garage space with other tenants. Plenty of cabinet space in kitchen and shelf in both fridge and freezer kept open. Laundry on-site. We have wifi but isn’t included in rent. All utilities are split evenly amongst number of tenants. Security deposit is set by the landlord and can work out payments for the security deposit with landlord directly, if approved. There is a dog that lives here and 1 cat. Per landlord, no more pets (if you have a fixed cat we might be able to persuade the landlord into another cat). No smoking at all inside the house, no drugs. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Available roughly beginning of August, but could be sooner. If I missed anything, please just ask.

2 females and a male currently live here. One owns the dog and the couple owns the cat. Dog has free roam of house minus bedrooms unless roommates allow. We respect each other and are considerate of each other since we are all sharing the house together. We all work a lot so we are always coming and going and we clean up after ourselves.
