Manida Street

there are 2 Rooms (R4 and R2 bigger) for rent one slightly bigger that the other but both are good sizes with flat screen tv mounted on wall closet and dresser in each room.. The apt has two full bathroom. bathroom 2 is closer to room 4 being closer to the bathroom. There are small refidgerator in each room in order to kept down on food kitchen refrigerator. all cooking utensils are suppled for and we clean the common areas and take out trash.

There is only currently one female living here. She has been with us for about 8ths. she a working female who is a non smoker non drinker loves to read travel and spend time with her family. she very clean and pleasant to have. So we are looking for good roomies to match we not in a hurry to rent to we looking for good honest clean individuals.
