Clean room, second floor, laundry is located on second floor, as well as the bathroom, house is located in a very respectable neighborhood in the North End of Newport close to the Naval base.

I am a 50 single mother, my son lives at home he will be going to college in the fall, I have two dogs, so if you’re not a dog person then it won’t be a good fit, I don’t mind if you have a dog as long as they get along with mine, NO CATS! I want someone quiet, this is not a party house, you have to understand there is a minor in the house so you have to respect that, must be clean, and have a full time job.
