Room available for rent in spacious 4-bedroom house near Multnomah village! Awesome central location, 15 minutes from Beaverton, downtown Portland, or Wilsonville. Shared bathroom with one female roommate, with entrance to room! Onsite laundry, parking, and 2 car garage. Basement room so stays cool in the summer. Shared spaces include 2 living room areas, large kitchen with lots of counterspace, large backyard, and laundry room.

Roommates are in their mid-twenties, work steady jobs, enjoy being outside, and going to the gym. We do our own thing, but are friendly with one another, and respectful of noise and shared spaces. Sadie (she / her, 22) - into weightlifting, fashion, shoes, and being outdoors! Born and raised in Portland and loves it, with no desire to leave! Manages a thrift store. Nick (he/him, 24) - Moved to Portland last year for nursing school from Arizona. He climbs every day and is very active, has also been vegan for 4 years. Looking for someone to fill my room, as I am moving away for a new job. Open to male, female, or non-binary, preferably in their 20s. Open to anyone who is willing to communicate and help keep common areas clean.
