It’s at the top of the hill so there is a beautiful view that stretches for miles outside the living room window, and you would have the largest bedroom with your own personal walk in closet and private bathroom

**Please note: We DO NOT have cable but we do have most streaming services on the main TV in the living room. Water and internet is included in the rent price. Our other bill is electricity which, depending on weather and usage, ranges from $50 to $70 per person.

You would be living with two females in their 20s. We both are nerdy and love music. One of us is really nerdy and loves anime, K-pop, books, and K-dramas. The other one has a passion for composing music and child care. We don’t throw parties unless it’s a holiday or someone’s birthday, but even then it’s just a chill hang out with some food and friends - nothing wild. Both of us have reliable jobs: one in healthcare administration, singing, and songwriting and the other one in child care and teaching.

We are looking for another female in her 20s that is LGBTQIA+ friendly. We are NOT 420 or dog friendly. We can live with a cat, but would prefer not to if possible. We would love someone who is clean, friendly, and has reliable income.

**Please note: These apartments are outdoor apartments so there is no elevator - just the concrete stairs to the third floor. The dumpster is located at the bottom of the hill next to the entrance gates.
