North Harwood Street

we have one bedroom available for rent in our 3 bedroom back house:) we’re located in Orange right next to Chapman University. We have a shared living room and kitchen as well as a backyard with a washer and dryer :)

I live here with my boyfriend and we have on other male roommate. Must be cat friendly because i have a really cute cat named Pringle and she’s very nice and social. Everyone here works/goes to school, typically i’m the one who’s at home most of the time but i do work full time. We don’t really have any house rules except don’t let the cat outside and just clean up after yourself:)
