Elementary school/ Fuquay-Varina Middle and High school are also only 1.9-5.9 miles distance .

Great deal for rent : Each bedroom (shared bathroom) only for $750 per month ; large bedroom (Private bathroom ) for $1200 per month; including in utilities , Spectrum 1000 mbps Internet , HOA, trash pick-up fee, house insurance , property tax and maintenance fee as well as using furniture and appliances, etc. Seems that to pay half of rental for one bedroom apartment , but enjoy life similar 5 stars resort !
