Brand new home with new furnishings, appliances, open kitchen, in a quiet neighborhood setting with plenty of parking & yard space. Easy commute to campus.

I’m a student at the U of A and am looking for other students or young professionals who enjoy life without drama or drugs. We love our game & movie nights, spending time together, & supporting each other, but we give each other space when needed too. Although we have a lot of fun, this is not a “party-house.” No smoking or pets allowed.
