HI am moving out of my apartment but the lease is still good for a year.

Kitchen and the bathroom are shared and we keep everything very well organized. If you are a clean and organized person you will love the place.

There is a very good sized balcony and a large living room. We have not gathered any furnitures yet but the place has the essentials.

Internet is included.

Washer and dryer are in the unit.

A/C unit is in the apartment and heating also works through the system.

The room has a very large window that allows the sunlight to be in the room.

Very good size dressing cabinet.

I am looking for a FEMALE tenant to replace me. My other roommate is a young professional who is super easy to communicate with.
