• No excessive drinking of alcohol.
• No harassing or disturbing other house residents
• No overnight guest
• No Pets allowed IF ANY OF THESE TERMS OF AGREEMENTS & HOUSE RULES ARE BROKEN, YOUR STAY AT THE HOUSE COULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE TENANT BEING REQUIRED TO MOVE OUT IN 30 DAYS.
