My home is brand New it was built in 2022 and it has a great view out the back with a fully landscaped and private back yard. The neighborhood is friendly and your room will be private with a bathroom across the hallway. There is plenty of parking and you will have full use of the house and utilities.

I am a Veteran and a Realtor, very easy going, not currently living in the home. *I currently have a friend (Carlie a realtor as well) renting out the master bedroom with her boyfriend (Chris, business owner) and they are very cool and easy going as well. They work a lot and maintain the home well. In February (end of her lease) I will be renting out the entire home to them so you will be their tenant. They are looking for a full time tenant.
