ABT THE PLACE

• 3rd floor facing away from the street and HAS A VIEW! -tall ceilings -spacious sunroom/patio -a lot of natural light
• wood flooring -fireplace -smart amenities such as door entry lock and a/c can be controlled by your phone! -bar closet in the living room -Quiet area -WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT! ***Will be getting more photos especially of the master bed! Somewhat furnished apt for rent much of the furniture in these pictures will be taken with me, some will be left behind including some shelving, potentially the kitchen table and chairs, and couch, while some bedroom and living room furniture will be available for purchase, the outdoor furniture will be left behind, but not the decor.

$ BREAKDOWN -$1800 total rent + utilities. The complex gives us a bill which includes maintenance, trash service, sewer and water which comes out to around $50, electric is around $30. The wifi will be coming with me but usually ranges $20-30. The master room will be slightly more expensive than the other rooms so will be around $750 for rent plus around $80 in utilities. Rent is due on the 1st of every month ****FIRST AND LAST MONTHS RENT NOT NECESSARY, SECURITY DEPOSIT NOT NECESSARY.

WHICH ROOM IS AVAILABLE? The room in question is the master, large walk-in closet, private bathroom, 2 large windows, a door that locks and can be locked/unlocked from the hallway with a key, very large bedroom. **** Its currently occupied and furnished right now so I will have photos shortly.

PARKING Guest parking, one assigned parking space to the apt, and garages available to rent for $140. Residents receive a sticker for their car windshield.

THE AREA- We live in one of the safest areas of Nashville. Bus stop for public transportation a few minute walk from neighborhood and a busy area with uber and Lyft always available. 15-20 minutes from downtown about 20-30 minutes from Franklin. Nearby to.. many restaurants, bars, banks, hotels, shopping centers, movie theatre, ice rink, grocery stores and doctors, churches, nature parks, football fields, fire station and the library. Starbucks, boba and grocery stores 2 minute drive down the road, while the highway is 5ish minutes away. IN DAVIDSON COUNTY NASHVILLE

Hi! I am moving out in mid-mayish so I am looking for someone to replace me and take my room:) I am 20f. My roommates are 19 and 20m.
I actually love this complex so much I am downsizing into my own place within the complex, I have been here for about 3 years, the property management and maintenance are wonderful, friendly, personable, and very swift responders. Plus the apartments are nice lol.

THE LEASE- A year long, it has not yet been renewed but its usually a 12-18 month contract, once I am aware of the dates this will be updated. You don’t have to be on the lease but if you would like to be, an application is $40-$50, the complex will run a background and credit check on you.

ROOMMATE 1- 20M, works full time, tends to keep to himself, very kind, quiet, in a relationship, loves to cook, clean

ROOMATE 2- 19M Moved here from GA, in a relationship, works full time, likes cars, also tends to keep to himself, out of town often.

Its very much a roommate space with communal living areas, friendly and cordial but are roommates.
