I’m home a good deal of the time, so you can be sure this home is safe. This house offers a totally private space for the roommate. Fully renovated a couple years ago.Both bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. included is a Large room which has a king size bed (bedding included, if needed). bedroom set with lots of draw space, closet, bookcase, large screen TV , highspeed wireless internet (FiOs) and recliner. The small room has small frig, microwave, twin bed, small table and 2 dining chairs and has the bathroom. Bathroom has a large tub/shower, vanity and mirror. Access to back yard and deck with grill. If you choose to grill often you will need to chip in for propane refill. Limited access to full kitchen. (The kitchen is fully furnished and there is no room for additional cooking supplies & appliances.) Heat and electric also included.

Best for a student or retired, or someone who doesn’t need to cook often. Laundry in basement. Access to shared full size refrigerator in basement. Bus to Manhattan 2min walk at corner. Train to Hoboken ½ mile walk. Ample Street parking. No private entrance. Two small dogs who expect roommate to pet them when entering.

Prefer to be paid in cash. Security deposit required. Roommate contract required. Background check required. Interviewing prospective roommates and showing space, after Thanksgiving.
