Two bedrooms to yourself and own bathroom own refrigerator shared washer dryer and kitchen and living room. No illegal drugs parties fine if outside. Smoking only on your vented side. Marijuana is fine as you share lol. I’m quite and have a dog. I am a clean person that’s why I ask for a female being a male I know how we are. This is a great deal living in Hocking Hills most people would pay extra for that. I just need a quiet person that will keep things clean. Thanks
