The house is a historical specialty it was built before the flood in 1967. The house next door is a nice airbnb. We have a large fenced yard with a lockable green house used for storage. Everybody here is 420 and pet friendly. The unit itself has a shared downstairs kitchen and living room. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, one occupied by my boyfriend and me, the other is available. There is a closet and two windows in the available room. Finally a shared bathroom completed with shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and mirrors. Plus an additional shared closet in the hallway for toilet paper and whatnot. Our kitchen has plenty of cabinets and storage. There is free washer and dryer underneath the stairs. You pay half rent you own half the space in all communal areas.

My name is Maya I will be 21 in 3 short months. I work at 2 parttime jobs early morning to mid afternoon Monday thru Friday. My boyfriend Clifford, who is 23, works full time Monday thru Friday as well. When we are home we are generally couch potatoes. Friendly but private we enjoy taking good care of our home and occasionally go on outdoor adventures. We’ve been together over 2 yrs and share a friendly, neutered and housebroken dog named Spade. I have two guinea pigs. They are small caged rodents. Aside from the occasional squeaking they should not be bothersome. They are kept in our private bedroom so I doubt you’ll even notice they’re there. As I said we work a lot. We really only have enough spare time to take care of our responsibilities and relax. Marijuana smokers are welcome to do so inside as the landlord has given us permission. No tobacco but vaporized devices are okay. We are subletting so you would fill out a subletting contract and submit a background check for our landlord to look at. Legally he has two weeks to decline. Our landlord has been quite accommodating and understanding with us so I wouldn’t worry about it.
