In-unit laundry, 100inch HDR projector etc. Apartment is located 1.5 blocks from Fort Greene park and two blocks north of famous Dekalb Street (some of the best eats in NYC). Steps from Pratt Institute, LIU, the A, C & G trains at Clinton-Washington Avenue and the B, Q and R trains at Dekalb Ave.

You’ll be living with two young male professionals in mid-late twenties (software engineer and public sector consultant). Both WFH occasionally but do spend a lot of time either in the office or travelling for work.

We went to college together in California and collectively moved to New York and consider ourselves friends before roommates and so while we are not often in the apartment together given our schedules, when we are, the principles of greeting, sharing meals, asking folks how their day is going is very much important to us and we hope to keep that vibe going.

Love dancing together, playing FIFA, chatting, watching anything and everything on tv, cooking etc.
