Master bedroom with private bath available for $512/month. Utilities are split between the 3 of us and range from $90-110/month. Utilities include gas, water, trash, electricity, and internet. The common areas like the kitchen and living room are shared. The apartment complex is gated and it’s in a very safe neighborhood next to the heights. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants close by and the highway is 3 minutes away from us. The area never floods either. There are two options for parking reserved and non-reserved. Non-reserved is free and reserved is $25/month.

We are looking for a female roommate who is willing to take over the remainder of the lease (2 MONTHS). The lease can be renewed if you would like to stay longer. There are 6 and 12 month leases offered. We are clean, respectful, and quiet. The roomate who is staying behind works some days from home. We don’t do drugs, bring strangers home, or do parties in our apartment. We alternate each week to clean the kitchen and common areas. We also don’t have any pets so you don’t have to worry about allergies with us. There is a $50 fee for the lease backgroud check. The lease can be renewed with the roommate who is staying behind if you want to stay longer than 2 months.
