Drive way: Access to the driveway is only through the electric gate, via remote. Only this tenant has access to the back house-ADU.

Description of the Bedroom: This Bedroom is separated from the living & kitchen with a sleek pocket door. A new queen size mattress, new bedding including 4 pillows, nightstand lamp & clock. There is a mini-split heating & cooling unit in the bedroom which distributes the air evenly throughout the entire back house-ADU.

Description of the En-Suite Bathroom: Connected to the bedroom with another sleek pocket door, one will find the spacious bathroom. Towels & face towels are provided. The bathroom is fully stocked with paper towel, extra toilet paper, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste and bathroom cleaning supplies to allow also for self cleaning. Added conveniences are of an electronic heated bidet toilet seat & a 3 color mode vanity mirror.

Description of the Walk in Closet: The closet is fully stocked with an iron, ironing board, slim hangers, laundry hamper & basket, swiffer wet and dry wipes along with a swiffer mop so as to allow for self cleaning.
