The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room area. Open bedroom will comfortably fit a full/queen size bed and small desk. Apartment complex has quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. November has been paid for already, so nothing will be due for rent until December 1st.

I am a 29 year old male living here with my dog. Most of the time, I keep to myself in my room. I like playing video games and watching TV/YouTube. The spare bedroom just came open and I’m needing someone to join the lease with me and take up half the bills. The lease is up in May 2024. Looking for someone who is more laid back and doesn’t throw a lot of loud parties.
