There’s also an unfinished basement and an accessible garage for all your storage needs. You’ve got parking options with a driveway and street parking available. Plus, easy highway access and proximity to Garden City and Chapel View shopping centers.

Home Expectations: This is a home sweet home for both of us. I expect it to be kept comfortable and clean. Communication is key, and I love making friends with my roommates. Basic chores are a must, and if you’re into puppy care, you’re more than welcome to help out. Outdoor chores are not expected but welcomed. Smoking is a no-go, and you must be super puppy-friendly (Italian Greyhounds are adorable, but they have their quirks). Other expectations? Let’s discuss and agree together!

About Your Future Roomie: I’m a 31-year-old friendly, gay male who works for a university in Boston. My schedule takes me to the city a couple of times per week, so when I’m home, I love to relax. I’m a homebody who enjoys a good cocktail or glass of wine, cooking, playing computer games, binging YouTube or shows, and taking Potato (my 1-year-old Italian Greyhound) on “adventures.” Shopping, walks, dog parks, and trips - we do it all!
