I am property owner and I’ll be living in the house as well as one other Tennant. There are four cats and two dogs in the house, a poodle and a collie. House is fully furnished, bedroom as well. There is a washer and dryer in the basement available for use as well as parking. The room listed is a private bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer. Stove and oven as well as a microwave. Whole house heating and cooling and for those with dogs, a fenced in back yard. There is also alot of storage in the basement, a small fire pit outside and a small garden for the summer. Everything is accessible as well as the guest bathroom downstairs.

I am Chloe, 25F, I work as an evening shift manager, I have two dogs and two cats, collie is crate trained and crated when i am away, my older poodle free roams. I play my PS5 and go hiking in my free time. I happen to love cooking and will gladly cook for roomies if food money is pitched in.

Other Tennant is Angel(24F), has two cats who are VERY friendly, she likes hiking and video games as well. She also enjoys cooking, but works more often than I do and won’t be home as much.
