House is a nice 4 bedroom place. Im looking to rent 2 rooms. I would like to find responsible professional people that will treat the house right. I am currently getting the place ready and would prefer to rent the room closer to the 1st of December as I still have a few things to do. Clean, considerate, reliable, trustworthy people only.

I am 39 year old male. I’m private and keep to myself. I am a responsible professional. I like cars so often on my free time ill be in the garage working on cars. I like hanging out in the back yard and grilling a good steak but the back yard is currently under construction.
