Hey! I recently moved into this home and have an extra room for rent! The house was built in 2021 so everything is very new. There’s myself (24 male) and two other guys living here (28 male and 39 male). Everyone is clean and respectful, we mostly like to keep a quiet, well kept house. We’ve got a washer/dryer, TV, couch, fridge/freezer, and a patio w a lawn. The room for rent is unfurnished but the rest of the house is set up.
