I have a private room for rent in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment. The apartment and room are fully furnished, with plenty of closet space, and can be available as soon as possible.

The place is 800 sq/ft, and comes with a washer/dryer, air conditioner, wifi, and parking. Utilities are included in the rent.

There’s a $300 deposit which will be returned to you at the end. No pets are allowed. No partiers, smokers, or drug users.

Currently there’s a young male professional/graduate student that you would be sharing the amenities with. He’s respectful, quiet, and keeps to himself.
