Beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo top floor with an amazing view! This would be a private bedroom and a semi private bathroom directly across from bedroom for rent. Seeking an easy-going, tidy, friendly roommate with a stable job - (outside of the home) There is a large beautiful pool right in front of our unit along with a Jacuzzi and tennis courts. The complex is very well-maintained with lush greenery and palm trees everywhere 🤗 Utilities, Wi-Fi , and cable are included . The room is furnished with a brand new comfortable queen size bed , desk & chair and a 40 inch flatscreen . TV. If you have your own furniture that you’d like to use, I can make arrangements as well. You would be sharing the condo with me -female 40s artsy friendly busy. I have a beautiful German Shepherd who is about 90 pounds. Unfortunately I can’t have any other dogs however a cat might be workable. We’re 10 minutes away from La Jolla. 🏖️, 8 min from Del Mar . Very central to everything.! 🌷👍
