One room available in a 4 bed, 3 bath location. The open room shares a bathroom. House has washer, dryer, ac/heating, induction oven, 2 fridges, fenced in back yard with a doggie door, and is in a fairly quiet neighborhood.
I currently live in the master but will likely be moving by the end of the year. Current downstairs roommate has many animals. She has a tortoise, 2 snakes, 1 cat, 1 dog, 1 tarantula, and 2 bunnies. Tend to keep to ourselves, respectable, and relatively clean (all wash hands any time when dealing with animals). Communication is ideal. Need to meet and see room before finalizing.
Some of the animals are pretty bad around other animals (mainly our cat hates other cats) so any animals would have to see if they get along. Preference is roommates without animals to bring.
