Three bedroom 1,400 square foot house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to I215 freeway and stater bros.

Room has been freshly painted and has new curtains. it’s located at the opposite end of the hallway as the master bedroom so there is more privacy. There is also a Tv mounted on the wall and small storage shelves in the closet that may be used or removed.

You will have your own bathroom down the hallway that has a sink with storage, shower tub, medicine cabinet and toilet.

Rent includes your own full size fridge and freezer in the garage to keep our foods separate.

There will also be a shelf for food storage in the kitchen.

You may use all kitchen appliances as long as they are cared for and use of the washer and dryer, just purchase your own laundry detergents.

There is a spacious backyard to hang out or grill. Smoking allowed outside . You may use the gas grill if you refill your own propane tank.

Utilities are set up for a household of 2 people and are included in the monthly rent amount unless the usage exceeds the allotted amount set by the utility companies.

Fiber optic wifi included.

Looking for a single tenant only, no couples, no parties, and no overnight guests. Please check with me first before having guests over.
No dogs or cats as i already have two medium sized senior dogs. *Small aquarium sized animals ok if kept safely out of reach.

Plenty of parking across the street but a driveway spot will be freed up in the near future.

Home is secured with a security monitoring system.

You must buy your own personal/consumable items (foods,soaps,detergents,ect) If you break it, you replace it.

If seeking a long-term lease the first 3 months MAY be subject to a month to month basis to ensure compatibility and reliability. Any inappropriate actions will result in termination of lease and 14 day notice to vacate.

Must be employed (proof required) and earn at least 2x the room rent per month. A background check will be required upon application.

My Name is Bianca, I’m in my 30’s and i have two senior dogs. Its just myself and my fur babies in the house.

I work from home most of the time and i have a part time job as a bartender/server.

I enjoy spending time with my dogs, playing computer games, going hiking, spending time with my siblings, and going to the driving range.
Im pretty quiet/laid back and the dogs are too unless they’re startled or someone is at the door.
