Full use of living room, power recliners, flat screen tv, high speed internet with wi-fi, Roku and Sling programming. Private refrigerator and Pantry for use of tenant. Use of washer/dryer, (must use own supplies), Use of screened in patio and lounge chairs with side tables overlooking relaxing water views. Driveway spot for 1 car only, there is no other parking available, small storage area in garage, full house generator (we never lose power), water conditioning system, impact windows.

No pickup trucks or commercial vehicles, or very large vehicles, motorcycles, boats, no pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no parties, room rented is for a single working person with only 1 car no more than 15 years old must not leak oil!
