The Five at Decatur is a great place for privacy and time to relax. The apartment is furnished besides the available room. It is close to downtown Atlanta and right beside I-285 to be able to get anywhere in little time. The room has a private bathroom and faces a creek in the back. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a small recreational park, a back patio, a pool during the summers, in-apartment washer and dryer, and plenty of space to park. It is a short term lease.
I am a full time worker who is looking for someone nice, can clean up after themselves, and be respectful of each other’s stuff and privacy. I don’t smoke and like to relax at home during my downtime. I am a very understanding person who doesn’t expect a lot from you besides what is listed above. I can keep to myself as well as help out if needed.
