Dylan's room

This is the third bedroom in a freshly renovated townhome located in Castle Rock. The room is unfurnished. The whole house has new floors, new carpet, and new paint. Every room besides the bedroom is furnished so no additional furniture is necessary. The property is just a few blocks away from I-25 and downtown Castle Rock. There is a front patio with easy access to green space as well. No indoor parking as both spaces are currently occupied but there is parking all over the complex.

House rules are really easy, just clean up after yourself, treat the property and things in it with respect, no pets, and no smoking inside.

Internet is very fast.

My roommate and I are both males in our early/mid-twenties. I am actually the owner/landlord for the property, so it is well taken care of. Our interests include outdoor activities like fishing, snowboarding, shooting, etc. My roommate is a big sports guy while I’m more interested in cars. We both enjoy PC gaming, and are pretty laid back/easy to get along with. We don’t party much but do go out from time to time.
