The room is good-sized (fits a full-size bed and desk comfortably), there are two living rooms in the house, a large backyard, two fridges and pantries. There is plenty of space for storage.
The house is in a good location - roughly 12 minutes to downtown Denver and 15 minutes to South Boulder. We’re right next to an RTD bus station, H-Mart (iykyk…), golf course, and a fairly sized shopping center.
The room is $750/mo plus utilities (average ~$80/mo when split 4 ways) and you’d be sharing a bathroom with Vai. Lease is month-month and security deposit is $750. You must be willing to submit a background check (please just don’t be a criminal). Animals can be discussed.

We (me, Vai, Daniel) have one room available in our 5 bed 3 bath house. Daniel is a HVAC technician and rents both rooms in the basement and is not home too much. I work in supply chain and oftentimes am traveling. Vai works in the restaurant industry, and may be moving out soon as he just got a new job. We are all in our mid-twenties to early thirties, socialize a little bit, and are clean and courteous of each others’ space.
