This apartment complex was newly built in 2017 and is a gated community. The amenities include a large, heated pool with a bar area, two barbecue pits, lounge chairs, tables, and couches under two large gazebos. The amenities also includes a well equipped gym, a furnished club house that has a complimentary coffee and hot chocolate machine, a movie theater, and a garden. There’s lots of parking spaces that are first come first serve. Only restricted parking areas are the ones covered with an overhead or have numbers placed in the spot. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is only stair access to reach it so if you are disabled, please take this information into consideration. The apartment includes an in unit laundry so you can wash and dry clothes in the comfort of our home. You will get access to your own full personal bathroom that is directly across from your room. Your room has two closet spaces, a ceiling fan and light, and a great breeze through the window. You will need to furnish the bedroom yourself in anyway you’d like. Otherwise, the apartment is furnished with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, pots, pans, cooking ware, dishes and utensils. You are more than welcome to utilize the living room that is furnished with a couch and flat screen tv as well as the patio. This is a great location because it is a walkable distance to Winco, Ross, Home Depot, and lots of eateries such as Ono, Starbucks, Subway, Chipotle, The Habit, Panera Bread and so much more! It’s a 5 minute drive to a Walmart, Costco, Home goods, 99cent store, Tracy mall and more. The apartments are also located near the 205 freeway. You may come to see the property prior to sending a deposit to make sure this is the right fit for you. Deposit will be $500 and will go towards your first months move in cost/rent which is $1,000. The rent includes all utilities from gas, water, trash, and PG&E. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You have a 3 day grace period to pay your $1,000. After the grace period there will be a $25 late fee each day rent isn’t paid.

Hey I’m Demiere! I’m an artist (singer/songwriter) and bass guitar player. I’m 25 years old. I teach middle school students how to produce music. I’d describe myself as an outgoing person. I’m not home very often but when I am I usually use my time to create. I enjoy working out, meditating, and yoga.
