3 bed, 2.5 bath home. We are looking for a female/pet-free (cat negotiable) roommate who is layed back, but also cleans up after themselves. We also have an ESA kitty (Loki, 2) living with us who is an angel. Common areas of the house are shared as well as the (very cute) backyard patio area and you’re welcome to add your own touches as well! Rent would be $660 a month + utilities (usually range from $100-150 a month) The lease is year-long but if broken, you’re required to find someone to fill your spot.
