Rent is $875/month. Rent includes all utilities, including heat, water, electric, air conditioning and high speed internet.

I am the homeowner and live on the main level of the house with my friendly dog and cats. While my pets do not go into the rented space it is important that potential renters tolerate and hopefully enjoy pets. I am a finance manager at a local non-profit, artist, and am a UM grad. I enjoy meeting new people and have been sharing my home for several years now. I don’t usually have openings as my renters tend to stay long term. But my two graduate student housemates are finishing their programs and leaving town. So I am looking for roommates who are a good fit to fill their spots.
