Beautiful, quiet, gated community. Sparkling pool and hot tub with resort-style lounge chairs. BBQ area and nice gym facility. Excellent Camarillo location close to freeway, shops, outlet mall & restaurants. Plenty of parking within the complex gates. Third floor, quiet unit. The room is 15 X 15 with wood flooring and a walk-in closet. The private bathroom is just across the hall. A convenient storage closet is just outside of the bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked: air fryer, juicer, blender, crock pot, rice cooker, etc. Full size washer and dryer in unit. The large balcony has beautiful light for plants and a fountain view.

Clean, organized and respectful with great roommate referrals. I enjoy people and get along with all age groups and personalities as long as there is mutual respect. I work M-F and will be in and out on weekends. Prefer no work from home situations. I love the beach, hiking, cooking, photography and giving cool gifts. Open to to the possibility of an animal. Apartment will require credit and background check.
